Board Members:
Robert Anderson MD, is a professor at Touro University, College of Osteopathy in Vallejo
and Contra Costa College in San Pablo, California. He is HIV/AIIDS trained and received his degree from University of
California. He was a board member of the AIDS Project of Contra Costa County, volunteers at community Health Fairs and
is a Lay Leader and Health Ministry member of Easter Hill United Methodist Church.
Deborah Carter has a chemistry degree and owns two businesses in chemistry consulting
and grant writing. For nine years served as a board member of the internationally recognized American Chemical Society Women
Chemist Committee where she was appointed Laison to the Legislative and Government Affairs Committee. She currently
serves as Board Member of Life Choices, Yakima, Washington and volunteers at the American Red Cross and the Mission's Women's
Program.
Juanita Hill, RN is the founder of Care Without Borders and a business owner. She
has been involved in many aspects of health care management, including regulatory compliance. She holds a Bachelors
Degree in Business Management, Register Nursing Degree and a Certificate in Non-Profit Management. She is a Board
Member of Katrina Assistance Recovery Effort , Oakland, California and has many years of non-profit experience including the
American Red Cross and ACTS Full Gospel Church.
Charles Martin is a Certified Public Accountant and owner of a business in Martinez, California.
He specializes in corporate, trust, non-profit, fiduciary and individual tax accounting. He does financial consulting,
cash forecasting and budgeting and is a member of the Rotary and Kiwansa Clubs.
Karl Mason has an Engineering Certificate from Laney Commununity College, locted
in Oakland, CA and Associates of Arts in Drafting from South Western City College, San Diego, CA. He has experience
with reading blueprints, mechanical and architect drawings, demolition, construction, heavy equipment underground utilities.
He has over five years of management and sales experience. He volunteers with local Community Arts Theaters
as set designer, Castlemont High School and Lockwood Middle School as afterschool tutor, and works on several
committees as a department head at ACTS Full Gospel Church.
